Mashgin has clients in multiple business verticals from multiple states and countries around the world. You would be responsible for all of Mashgin's accounts receivable, including monthly invoicing, collections, cash applications, and related reconciliation functions. If you are a QuickBooks Online power user, this position is for you! You Will Be Managing the full-service account receivables cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationReviewing contracts and order forms to ensure orders are set up accurately regarding billing, shipping, terms, and billing schedules prior to invoicingPartnering cross-functionally with business stakeholders such as Sales, Hardware, Support, and with customers to ensure accurate customer invoicing and resolve any discrepancies that ariseFormalizing and improving the customer onboarding and credit process, including process and workflow recommendations, to improve collection time Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of full cycle accounts receivable experienceExperience with complex customer billing processes, including one time and recurring billing, hardware, software as a service, professional services, and billable expenses.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills; ability to analyze and communicate complex ideas cross-functionally, and summarize key operational issues to managementAbility and comfort in making sound judgement in situations where there is ambiguity or inconsistent informationAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high level of detail and autonomyProficient experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)Proficient experience with pivot tablesExpert level experience with systems and tools currently used by the team (e.g. QuickBooks Online) Preferred Qualifications Experience with both QuickBooks Online and NetSuiteExperience or work with Navan expenses What We Offer An opportunity to work on a small, multidisciplinary team with the potential to break new ground in many different industriesExcellent health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents401k planFlexible PTO policyCatered lunch in office with fully stocked snacks and beveragesPet insurance for your fur babiesVoluntary life insurance planCompetitive salary and options in a small, rapidly scaling company For roles based in Palo Alto, CA, the overall market range for Mashgin is typically $100,000 - $125,000 USD annually. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by candidate’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
