About the Role:
We're looking for a talented professional with:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities
Technical expertise, including proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
A client-centric approach, with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial records and reports
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting documents
Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
Requirements:
Accounting or business-related degree preferred
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of success
Experience working with multiple clients and priorities
Excellent computer and data skills, including MS Office and Advanced Excel
Strong experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
Able to pass a drug screening and background check
Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate a plus
Verifiable references
