Month-end close and financial reporting

You will be a key partner to leadership, helping translate numbers into meaningful insights that support our mission.
What You’ll Do
Lead month-end close activities and GL reconciliations
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with AP/AR and program leaders to ensure financial accuracy
Support annual audits and compliance requirements
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial performance and reporting
What Success Looks Like
Timely, accurate month-end close
Clean audits and strong compliance
Clear, actionable financial insights
Strong cross-functional partnership
What You Bring
3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills
A mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and impact
