[Remote] Regional Sales Manager bproauto parts - US West

Helm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and support the growth, penetration, and loyalty of bproauto parts within dealerships and wholesale accounts across the US West region. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and expanding our brand presence in the aftermarket automotive space.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of bproauto Sales & Field Operations with field initiatives and performance trackingLead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) to exceed performance goals and build dealer loyaltyAssist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the bproauto field teamDrive process improvements and training to maximize operational efficiencyManage CRM/Salesforce activities for TSRs in your regionIncrease sales and utilization of bproauto parts to meet revenue targetsRepresent and grow the bproauto brand with new and existing wholesale customersConduct sales visits independently or with dealership/distributor representativesGenerate new wholesale accounts through networking, cold calling, and market researchBuild strong relationships with dealerships and wholesale customers to ensure satisfaction and loyaltyConsult with dealership management to increase bproauto parts usage on customer and internal vehiclesTrain dealership staff on bproauto products and benefitsCollaborate with dealer parts managers to maintain optimal inventory levelsLog all customer interactions and activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRMProvide feedback to corporate on product, pricing, and incentive opportunitiesSkillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aftermarket or dealership account managementExperience in brand/product representation and trainingProven ability to build relationships with independent repair facilitiesBackground in sales or commercial roles within the aftermarket industryProficient in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective project management and communication skillsHigh sense of urgency and outstanding customer service orientationThis role requires 90% daily travel within the region, including air travel as neededCollege degree preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewHelm is a leading marketing company that provides supply chain services and leading-edge technology solutions.
