SEN Teaching Assistant - Oldham
Description
beBee Professionals in Oldham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs.
Responsibilities:
Support and facilitate the educational growth of SEN students in a supportive learning environment.
Implement personalized education plans and monitor student progress, promoting individualized learning outcomes.
Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure students with special needs achieve their full potential through tailored support and guidance.
Requirements:
A degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, such as an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher qualification.
Previous experience working with children who have special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teaching staff and parents to promote student success.
