Self-Hosted AI Automation Engineer — Build My Personal Second Brain Email + SMS → AI → Organized CRM
Description: I’m looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer who can help me build a simple but powerful personal assistant system on my own home server (no subscriptions, no SaaS). This system will: 1. Read my emails Use IMAP to pull new messages Run them through a local LLM (Ollama or LM Studio) Categorize them (Lead, Business, Personal, Spam, Important) Extract relevant info (name, phone, job type, address, urgency, etc.) Output everything in clean JSON 2. Send extracted leads into my CRM (I will give you the API details, or we can store it in a local database if needed.) 3. Organize my SMS messages (Android phone → server) Separate business vs personal Extract structured info from business texts Log them in the CRM or a database 4. All AI must run LOCALLY No subscriptions. No external APIs. My home server is fully capable. Tech I prefer (but open to alternatives): n8n automation Ollama or LM Studio (local LLM) Node.js or Python for glue code JSON-based pipeline IMAP email ingestion Simple dashboard optional (later phase) I figure someone skilled could do a small project like this pretty fast.
