Remote Call Center Agent
Seahawk Services in Fairfield Bay, AR is looking for one remote call center agent to join our team. We are located on 885 Dave Creek Pky. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. As a Remote Call Center Agent at Seahawk Services, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer... calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Ā Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently. *Provide accurate information to customers on Seahawk Services and its offerings. *Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues. *Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism. *Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor. *Achieve and maintain performance targets relating to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. *Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions in the CRM system. *Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Ā Proven work experience as a call center agent or customer service representative. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. *Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. *Proficiency in using CRM software and call center systems. *Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. *Customer-focused attitude with a desire to assist and support customers.
