Seeking experienced AI Scrum Master / Project Manager for Mobile App - Contract to Hire

Remote Full-time
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with AI expertise to lead the development of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing projects that involve AI/ML technologies such as Google Vision, OpenAI models, or similar APIs, and is comfortable guiding technical teams through the delivery of AI-powered features. In this role, you will run Agile ceremonies, manage development workflows, oversee sprint planning, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth execution across mobile app teams working with Flutter, Node.js, and Firebase on both Apple and Google platforms. This position requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, organization, and an ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and AI engineers. Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements — including stories involving AI-powered features. Collaborate with teams integrating Google Vision, OpenAI models, and other AI/ML technologies into the product. Maintain and update the Jira board, sprint timelines, and project roadmaps. Ensure delivery of high-quality mobile app features using Flutter, Node.js, and Firebase. Develop and maintain project documentation, architecture overviews, and technical workflows. Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, design, and AI specialists to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with AI technologies such as Google Vision, OpenAI models (GPT), or similar ML frameworks. Familiarity with mobile app development for iOS and Android. Understanding of Flutter, Node.js, and Firebase (you do not need to code, but must understand architecture). Proficiency with Asana for project tracking. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. Ability to translate product vision and AI capabilities into clear execution plans for engineering teams.
