Your Role (Key Responsibilities) Support my email marketing (light admin, managing responses, prepping campaigns) ️ Pitch me to podcasts + help research aligned shows & media opportunities Research and organize speaking, partnership, & magazine outreach opportunities ✍️ Assist with DMs and help nurture relationships across Instagram and LinkedIn Design beautiful, on-brand content in Canva (we're all about aesthetics + depth!) Use tools like Calendly to manage bookings + keep things smooth behind-the-scenes Contribute to strategy — help grow the brand, share ideas, and help make big moves Who You Are A woman passionate about female empowerment, healing, and honest online spaces You love Canva, are confident navigating social media, and can self-manage daily tasks You’re proactive, organized, and ready to wear a few hats, no task is too small!
