[Remote] Representative II, Customer Service Operations Specialist

This role involves processing orders for distribution centers, administering orders in internal systems, and responding to customer inquiries regarding order statuses and resolutions.ResponsibilitiesProcesses routine customer orders according to established demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and other internal systems.
