What You'll Do: As a Secretary / Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office, providing crucial support that helps our team excel. Your responsibilities will include: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files. Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Assisting with special projects and day-to-day office operations. Who We're Looking For: We're searching for a candidate who is: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
