Seasonal Medicare Annual Enrollment Period Licensed Call Center Agent
Description of Opportunity
HealthShare360 is looking for seasonal experienced Medicare Inside Sales Representatives. This is a 1099 remote role from the beginning of September to December 12th. This role is available on annual basis, and we would prefer team members who want to come back and work with us every Fall. This role is within the Call Center and requires strong internet connection. HealthShare360 will supply the laptop to access the required systems.
The Medicare Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for educating callers who have learned about our services from their health system about the available Medicare options, assisting them in selecting appropriate plans that their doctors accept, and completing the enrollment process.
Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments over the phone, ensuring client physicians are in-network before enrolling, providing excellent customer service, proper record keeping, staying updated on Medicare policies and products, and having above average market knowledge for each market we work in. The agent will also attend trainings and team huddles on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Licensed as Health Insurance Broker in the state you reside in
Strong and reliable internet connection
Private and quiet work space
Proven Sales experience, preferably in insurance or Medicare
Insurance knowledge, particularly related to Medicare plans
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
Experience with Salesforce and/or Five9 is a plus
Compensation
This role pays an hourly rate as well as commissions for successful enrollments
