This is a contract position with the potential for conversion to full-time employment. Conversion is not guaranteed and is contingent on business needs, individual performance, and continue authorization to work in the U.S.As Preveta’s Technical Project Manager, you are integral for delivering a software platform that helps users bring patients through treatment-specific, gold-standard algorithmic clinical protocols that ensure patients don’t get lost in the traffic of our healthcare system. What You’ll Do We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven Technical Project Manager to oversee and orchestrate our integration processes, connecting to various Electronic Health Records (EHR), practice management (PM), and other data sources to power our software platform. You will not only be responsible for the execution of the process, but for owning optimizing, refining, and redefining the entire workflow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, extensive experience managing integration projects, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations that support our mission to deliver outstanding solutions in healthcare. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end integration processes for connecting to EHR, PM, and other systems, ensuring all steps are executed accurately and efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects, liaising between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors. Actively participate in technical discussions, ensuring clear understanding of data flows, APIs, and system configurations. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, maintaining momentum and meeting project deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports. Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders, providing clear communication of progress, risks, and solutions. Drive process improvements to optimize integration workflows and increase efficiency. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with third-party vendors to align deliverables, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot issues. Ensure all integration activities comply with industry standards and healthcare regulations. RequirementsRequirements: At least 7 years of experience project managing complex integration processes where you have had to coordinate activities across multiple business functions. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing startup environment. Effective and efficient in a remote-only work setup and environment Dedication to being deeply acquainted with our customers’ and users’ day-to-day workflow and operations Ability and willingness to travel (10 - 20%) Preferred Qualities:Substantial experience in healthtech/healthcare, with a demonstrable familiarity with the related data A solid understanding of data modeling, experience working with SQL, or data visualization tools.
