Deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences, ensuring seamless support for Intuit's TurboTax product
Handle inbound calls to the TurboTax customer service center, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing tax advice
Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and simplify complex ideas
Exhibit a team player attitude, promoting a positive work environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Stay up-to-date on product changes and tax season updates, providing knowledgeable support to customers
Meet productivity goals and service level commitments, working well under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment
