Job Summary As a Seasonal Associate - Remote Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our brand. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide product information. Key Responsibilities Customer Service : Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits. Issue Resolution : Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment. Omnichannel Support : Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Point of Sale/Register Transactions : Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Floor Replenishment and Shipment : Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Promotional Events and Brand Loyalty Program : Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Store Loss Prevention : Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Positive and Solutions-Oriented Mindset : A positive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer Service Experience : Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective Communication : Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Multitasking : The ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Retail Experience : Previous experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with Omnichannel Support : Familiarity with omnichannel support and point of sale systems. Physical Demands Lifting and Bending : Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Standing and Walking : Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder. Availability : Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
