Student Content Creator
Swaply is building the campus marketplace, starting at the University of Arkansas. We’re looking for student creators to help bring that vision to life through short-form content.
As a Swaply Creator, you’ll create content that reflects real student life, outfits, resale moments, closet cleanouts, dorm chaos, lifestyle content, or anything that feels authentic. You’ll be paid per post and eligible for performance-based bonuses. You’ll be part of our first-ever creator team, helping us shape how Swaply shows up online and on campus.
Success in this role looks like:
• Consistently posting high-quality, relatable content
• Engaging your campus audience
• Contributing to Swaply’s growth through authentic storytelling
Responsibilities
• Create and post 2–4 short-form videos per week (TikTok or IG Reels)
• Use content prompts provided by the team or pitch your own
• Capture moments from student life, fashion, campus resale, or social culture
• Represent Swaply in an authentic, inclusive, and creative way
• Participate in feedback sessions to improve content quality
• Collaborate with other student creators if opportunities arise
Qualifications
• Current student at the University of Arkansas (required)
• Comfortable creating and posting content on TikTok or Instagram
• Understands what performs well with a college audience
• No follower count required, just originality and consistency
• Bonus: Basic video editing skills or prior content creation experience
Compensation & Perks
• Paid per post (flat rate)
• Bonuses based on content performance

• Portfolio/resume boost through brand collaboration experience
