Search Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to clients' websites.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred
• Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Legal marketing experience, understanding the nuances of "Attorney Advertising" rules, high-intent legal keywords (e.g., "Car accident lawyer vs. Personal injury attorney"), and the high-stakes nature of the legal industry.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.
