The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst at Bankrate Red Ventures plays a crucial role in developing and implementing the SEO strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. This position involves collaboration with editorial, engineering, and design teams to optimize content marketing, user experience, and technical SEO aspects. The analyst will focus on one of Bankrate's core verticals, analyzing organic search landscapes, improving site performance, and innovating SEO strategies to meet user needs throughout their financial journey.
Responsibilities
• Analyze organic search landscapes to identify opportunities for driving valuable traffic and business value.

• Improve brand visibility through organic rankings to enhance traffic volume and conversions.

• Ensure technical optimization of the site for mobile users and search performance, including information architecture and page speed.

• Leverage in-house marketing tools and analytical thinking to inform strategic decisions.

• Create and present financial performance reports to senior leadership.
,
• Develop custom solutions and optimize results using strong statistical methodologies.

• Collaborate with editorial, UX, and creative teams to implement SEO strategies.

• Drive an innovative content strategy to build authority and assist users at all stages of their financial life cycle.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, or a similar role.

• Strong data analytics skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Storyblok.

• Experience with SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Search Console.

• Basic knowledge of HTML for on-page SEO tactics.
