**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing communications on creators' OnlyFans accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining engagement through email and chat interactions. Your role will involve:

* Answering questions and providing information on subscriptions, promotions, and other topics related to creators' content
* Offering promotional discounts and incentives to encourage fan engagement
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and informative responses
* Collaborating with creators and other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Access to a device with internet capabilities (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Independent work ethic and the ability to adhere to a set protocol
* At least 5 hours of availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in simple English conversations
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

* Experience in customer service, support, or a related field
* Familiarity with OnlyFans or similar platforms
* Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a text-based environment
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media principles
