Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Systems Analyst to lead our scrum teams in building innovative software solutions. As a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in software development, you will leverage your expertise to drive project success, mentor teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead scrum teams in developing software solutions for technology initiatives, utilizing your 4+ years of experience in Scrum Leader roles and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Apply your expertise in API development, SQL, and agile methodologies to drive project success
Utilize scrum tools such as Jira and Jira Align to facilitate team collaboration and project management
Develop and author solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
Mentor and coach teams and individuals across diverse functions, experiences, and geographies
Influence behavior and drive change without relying on organizational hierarchy
Collaborate with teams to brainstorm solutions to challenges and roadblocks, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technology subject area
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Master
Deep knowledge of software development, API development, and SQL
Excellent systems analysis skills and experience with agile development methodologies
Strong communication and people-interaction skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
