SCRUM Master - Mid-Level

SCRUM Master: On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a SCRUM Master for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position with the requirement to come onsite for meetings at our client's offices in Southlake, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Lone Tree, CO. SCRUM Master - Job Description: This role involves leading agile teams as part of an Agile transformation initiative. The SCRUM Master will assist Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers with planning and grooming activities. The project focuses on enhancing agile team execution and providing issue resolution support. SCRUM Master - Responsibilities: • Lead agile teams to ensure effective sprint planning and execution • Assist with backlog grooming and relative estimating • Facilitate release planning and sprint reviews • Track and report on Scrum metrics such as sprint burndown and velocity • Use Jira and Confluence to manage team activities and documentation SCRUM Master - Mandatory Skills: • 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master • Expertise in using Jira • Expertise in using Confluence • Proven experience in sprint planning and execution • Excellent communication skills • Experience in matrixed or corporate environments SCRUM Master - Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with Agile transformation initiatives • Familiarity with various retrospective techniques • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting SCRUM Master - Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position.
