We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master III to guide multiple Agile product teams through the successful delivery of enterprise software initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum processes, coordinate sprint activities, and ensure development teams remain focused on delivering high-quality solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and organize product backlogs to provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, and upcoming work for both development teams and leadership.
• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile product teams supporting enterprise software development initiatives.
• Create and update Jira stories, change requests, and related documentation necessary to support successful software releases.
• Work closely with product owners and team members to prioritize work based on organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
• Lead sprint planning meetings to review backlog items, confirm adequate story details, and select user stories for upcoming development cycles.
• Conduct sprint review sessions to evaluate the features and functionality delivered during each sprint.
• Facilitate sprint retrospectives to capture lessons learned and implement improvements to team processes.
• Develop and maintain Confluence documentation including requirements, meeting summaries, action items, and release-related information.
• Ensure teams follow established Scrum principles and Agile practices.
• Facilitate planning sessions where teams estimate effort and define development plans for upcoming quarters.
• Coordinate daily stand-up meetings to help teams synchronize work, share progress updates, and raise potential issues.
• Identify and remove obstacles that could hinder team productivity and project progress.
• Support product owners in maintaining organized and refined product backlogs through regular backlog grooming activities.
• Actively listen to the needs of development teams and stakeholders and respond in ways that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Promote urgency and accountability to help teams deliver work efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain strong customer focus by supporting transparent communication and fostering trust with stakeholders.
• Track and report team performance metrics using organizational reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting enterprise-level software projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings, guide discussions, and help teams reach consensus efficiently.
• Proven leadership and team facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in collaborative environments that require coordination across multiple teams and departments.
Preferred
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Advanced degree in a related discipline.
• Experience working in highly regulated or data-intensive industries such as utilities, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, or insurance.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments including Java, .NET, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
