**Position Overview**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and advocating for their needs within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide high-quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text
* Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
* Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
**Requirements**
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat/text
* A smile in your voice and the natural ability to turn a frown upside down
* Positive attitude and passion for success
* Exceptional time management skills

* Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
* Able to type 50+ WPM
* College degree or equivalent work experience
