We are looking for a Scrum master to join our team. Our client, as an established market leader, has been processing over 18 million vehicle claims annually since 2002 with more than 1,000 employees worldwide. In the role as a digitalization expert, they combine AI-based processes and the latest technologies with the knowledge of our automotive experts. With us, you'll help optimize and scale agile delivery processes that support the digital transformation of vehicle damage processing. You will work with cross-functional teams leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent product development. You’ll be part of an international and diverse team of experts, contributing to solutions that deliver measurable value to our customers. Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness Support the team in becoming self-organized and high-performing Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting delivery Coach the team and stakeholders on agile mindset and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and smooth backlog management Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning Track and support team performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) Requirements: Qualification: Degree in economics, computer science, or a comparable field, with several years of experience working in agile environments (preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach) Experience & Know-how: Strong understanding of Scrum and agile frameworks Experience in facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Practical experience with agile metrics and delivery optimization Personality & Working Practice: Servant leadership mindset Strong communication and facilitation skills Ability to structure complex situations and resolve conflicts Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach Language: Advanced English (spoken and written) Nice-to-have: Experience in tech/digital products Certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) Experience working in distributed/international teams We offer*: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
