We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Ramp Operations, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customer destinations. * Collaborating with other airport operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient airport operations. **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks that will help you keep climbing in your career.
