Script Writer (TV Documentary Storytelling)

Inside Success TV is looking for a high-caliber Script Writer to work directly with our clients—entrepreneurs, founders, and industry leaders—to help shape compelling, cinematic scripts for their Inside Success TV episodes.

This is not a dry writing role. We’re looking for someone with that Hollywood wow factor—someone who can jump on calls, build instant rapport, ask great questions, and turn real-life stories into engaging, emotionally-driven narratives.

If you’re bubbly, confident, conversational, and love storytelling that feels like Netflix-meets-business, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Conduct live script development calls with Inside Success TV clients
• Lead engaging, high-energy conversations to extract powerful personal and professional stories
• Structure those stories into clear, compelling episode scripts
• Collaborate with our internal production team to align scripts with the show’s vision
• Make clients feel confident, comfortable, and excited throughout the process

Who We’re Looking For
• Proven background in scriptwriting, storytelling, journalism, TV, film, or media
• Strong on-camera presence and professional appearance on Zoom calls
• Excellent microphone/audio quality (this is non-negotiable)
• Naturally enthusiastic, bubbly, and chatty personality
• Exceptional conversationalist — you know how to guide a story without making it feel scripted
• Confident speaking with high-level entrepreneurs and professionals
• Reliable, organized, and great with deadlines

Must-Haves
• Portfolio or examples of past scripts, interviews, or storytelling work
• Professional microphone and quiet recording environment
• Comfortable leading client-facing calls
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, personal brands, or high-ticket clients
• TV, documentary, or podcast scripting experience
• Background in interview-based storytelling
