Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is currently hiring five full-time Remote School Counselors to support students across K12 grade levels for the 20252026 school year. This is a 100% virtual role serving the Barrow, Alaska area (ZIP: 99723), and candidates must be available to work during Alaska Daylight Time (ADT) hours.
Position Details:
• Location: Fully Remote (serving students in Barrow, AK)
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Time Zone: Must be available during Alaska Daylight Time (ADT)
• Caseload: K12 students
• Contract Dates: Entire 20252026 School Year
• Openings Available: 5
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in School Counseling or related field
• Active school counseling license in Alaska (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in school-based counseling or teletherapy preferred
• Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet
• Must successfully complete background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
