• Review documentation and ensure all data is accurate and complete
• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of verifications and updates
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company policies
• Meet daily or weekly verification targets
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Prior experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or healthcare administration is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
