SAP S4 - Inventory / Warehouse Management Analyst (Remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Participate in the Digital Technology activities for the SAP IM/WM workstream of the RTX ERP Transformation program. • Facilitate creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. • Evaluate options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. • Identify high value improvement opportunities within SAP IM/WM functions and lead the design of a future-state landscape of digital solutions and processes changes to deliver this value. • Coordinate across business units and functions in documenting options and decision-making criteria. • Evaluate technical solutions and make recommendations based on functional requirements, compliance, and technical constraints, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. • Ensure compliance with operational regulations, contractual obligations, and internal controls. • Communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of critical and strategic importance to the organization. • Responsible for successful delivery within each phase of the program: Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover & Hypercare. Requirements • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience. • Inventory and Warehouse management experience. • Experience with SAP. • Experience with WM/EWM. • Must have an issued Passport.
