SAP MM Consultant, Source-to-Pay Experience

Job Description: • Lead and support SAP MM (Materials Management) configurations, implementations, and enhancements. • Manage end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including procurement, sourcing, purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice verification. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in FI, SD, and Ariba for seamless process integration. • Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis for S2P. • Configure master data elements such as material master, vendor master, and purchasing info records. • Prepare functional specifications for developments and coordinate with technical teams. • Perform testing, validation, and user training for new functionalities or changes. • Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues in collaboration with business users. • Participate in data migration and validation activities for procurement and inventory data. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology. • 6–10 years of experience as an SAP MM functional consultant. • Proven experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P/STP) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Strong knowledge of business processes in procurement, vendor management, inventory, and logistics. • Hands-on expertise in SAP MM configuration and customization. • Good understanding of integration with SAP FI, SD, PP, and WM. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA MM (preferred). • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants.
