Job Position: SAP MM Consultant Job Location: Commerce, California Fulltime Job Description: Job Title : SAP IS Retail Consultant or MM Consultant with Retail Experience Relevant Experience (in Yrs) • 7-10 years as SAP MM Consultant with, • At least 3 years of SAP IS Retail experience OR At least 3 years of functional experience in Retail operations/processes (Purchasing and Store Inventory management). • At least 2 end to end SAP IS Retail implementation OR at least 3 end to end SAP MM Implementation. • At least 3 years of support experience as SAP MM OR SAP IS Retail consultant. Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations • SAP MM • SAP IS Retail Which includes:- Procurement Process: Complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition to Invoicing. Physical Inventory: Physical Inventory Document, Print Physical Inventory Document, Recount, Enter Count, Post Differences. Release Strategies: Create Release Groups, Release Strategies, Classifications, Release Indicators, Release pre requisites. Enterprise Structure: Configuration of new sites, assignment to company code, purchasing organization, purchasing groups. Master Data: Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Record, Source List, LSMW Inventory Management: Goods receipt, Transfer Postings, Goods Issue, Movement types & Automatic account assignment. Pricing & Valuation: Pricing Procedures, Conditions, Access Sequence, Split valuation. Stock Transport Order: Inter Company and Intra Company STO. Data Exchange: EDI, Interfaces and Idocs. ABAP: Debugging, troubleshooting, knowledge on standard Function Modules and BAPI. Roles & Responsibilities Role: - Onsite SAP MM/ IS Retail Lead. Responsibilities: - • Work on the new developments/ enhancements and future releases. • Value addition and recommendations on existing processes/functionalities. • Bug Fixing/ troubleshooting on the issues highlighted by L2 Support/Business. • Incorporation of new business requirement through Enhancements/customizations or user exits. • Detail document write-up that includes Requirement Analysis Document, Functional/Technical Specifications, Design document, User manuals & Test Scripts. • Coordination with ABAP Team • Quality assurance of the delivery with exhaustive Unit, Integration & Regression Testing. • Deployment Preparation, Presentations and UAT signoff. • Configure & Manage Transport Management System. • Apply Snotes • Patch of SAP support packages and SAP Kernel upgrade. • User role management from project perspective • SAP System performance monitoring.
