Job Title: SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist Location: Remote Industry: Telecommunications / Billing & Revenue Management Job Category: SAP BRIM / Mediation / Billing Systems Position: Contract Only W2 Overview: Seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist to support high-volume usage data processing, transformation, integration, and billing enablement for Lumen. The role focuses on real-time mediation, BRIM/FICA integrations, system optimization, workflow configuration, and ensuring data accuracy across end-to-end billing processes. Responsibilities: • Collect usage data from multiple network and service platforms. • Transform raw usage records into billable formats. • Integrate mediation outputs seamlessly into BRIM/FICA billing systems. • Perform real-time, high-volume transaction processing with low latency. • Detect, manage, and correct errors or anomalies in usage data. • Configure SAP Convergent Mediation rules, workflows, and system settings. • Optimize system performance and throughput. • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation to ensure accurate billing data. Requirement Qualifications: • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation. • Expertise in usage data processing, transformation, and BRIM/FICA integration. • Experience handling large-scale, real-time transactional data. • Strong troubleshooting, error-handling, and data validation skills. • Ability to configure mediation workflows and optimize performance. • Telecommunications billing or usage processing background preferred. Candidate Details: Ideal candidate has deep SAP Mediation experience, telecom usage processing expertise, strong integration skills with BRIM/FICA, and the ability to manage real-time, high-volume data environments.
