SAP Cloud ALM Consultant
A growing international SAP consulting business is looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to take ownership of a newly created role within their Hungarian team.
This is a strategic position where you will become the go-to expert for SAP Cloud ALM, helping shape the company’s cloud operations capabilities while coaching and enabling existing SAP consultants in this evolving area.
📍 Location:
• Budapest
• Debrecen
• Or remote within Hungary
💡 About the Role
The focus is on operations, monitoring, service management, and operational transparency across SAP landscapes.
You will be responsible for the operational use, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP Cloud ALM as a central monitoring and service platform.
Tasks
✔ Operating and administering SAP Cloud ALM
✔ Monitoring, alerting, and operational transparency
✔ Incident & problem management support
✔ Dashboard, KPI, and reporting creation
✔ Integration into SAP operations and ITSM processes
✔ Defining operational processes and runbooks
✔ Coaching and enabling internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics
Requirements
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP operations, or monitoring environments
• Understanding of SAP landscapes (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)
• Service-oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• German is nice to have but not required
