Role Overview
ā¢ We are looking for a Financial Services Cloud (FSC) SME with strong client-facing, requirements leadership, and delivery management capabilities to drive end-to-end Salesforce transformations in the banking and financial services domain.
This role blends:
ā¢ Deep banking domain expertise
ā¢ Strong Salesforce FSC solutioning
ā¢ Ability to independently drive requirements and client priorities
ā¢ Experience leading global (onshore offshore) delivery teams
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory
ā¢ Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
ā¢ Lead discovery workshops, design sessions, and roadmap discussions
ā¢ Translate business goals into platform-aligned transformation strategies
ā¢ Help define and prioritize client initiatives, KPIs, and success metrics
Requirements & Solution Leadership
ā¢ Independently drive end-to-end requirement gathering (business, functional, process)
ā¢ Define to-be operating models and customer journeys across banking domains
ā¢ Design scalable solutions leveraging:
ā¢ Financial Services Cloud
ā¢ Service Cloud
ā¢ Salesforce Data Cloud
ā¢ Ensure alignment across process, data model, integrations, and user experience
Banking Domain Expertise
Apply strong knowledge of:
ā¢ Retail & commercial banking
ā¢ Wealth management & client servicing
ā¢ Lending lifecycle (origination to servicing)
ā¢ KYC, onboarding, and compliance workflows
ā¢ Leverage FSC capabilities for:
ā¢ Customer 360 & householding
ā¢ Relationship management
ā¢ Financial accounts & interactions
ā¢ Regulatory and servicing processes
Delivery Leadership (Onsite Offshore Model)
ā¢ Lead distributed teams (onshore + offshore pods) across design and delivery
ā¢ Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution governance
ā¢ Ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes, timelines, and quality standards
ā¢ Mentor and guide architects, developers, and analysts
Stakeholder & Program Governance
ā¢ Engage with senior client stakeholders to align priorities and trade-offs
ā¢ Provide program-level oversight, risk management, and escalation handling
ā¢ Track and communicate value realization and ROI
Transformation & Innovation
ā¢ Drive adoption of AI/Agentforce-led service models
ā¢ Identify opportunities for automation, productivity gains, and CX improvement
ā¢ Contribute to building reusable assets, accelerators, and industry solutions
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 10 15+ years of experience in Salesforce and digital transformation programs
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
ā¢ Financial Services Cloud
ā¢ Strong experience in banking / financial services domain
ā¢ Proven ability to:
ā¢ Lead client workshops independently
ā¢ Drive requirements end-to-end without supervision
ā¢ Manage global delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Salesforce certifications (FSC, Service Cloud Consultant)
ā¢ Experience with API-led integrations (e.g., MuleSoft)
ā¢ Exposure to AI/Agentforce use cases (KYC, underwriting, collections, servicing)
ā¢ Experience in large-scale transformation programs ($5M+ deals)
