With a focus on exceptional customer experiences, we're constantly innovating and improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. You'll use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, while providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases * Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You'll be a strong problem-solver with a knack for de-escalating upset customers.
