Responsibilities • Learn and contribute to customizations and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. • Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces through thoughtful UI/UX design and wireframing, ensuring optimal user experience. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions. • Continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions to maximize performance and business impact. • Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science • Knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Aura, and SOQL. • Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git. • Strong technical aptitude to translate plans into functional, scalable solutions. • Ability to manage large datasets and optimize data models. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams. • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to write clear documentation, including code comments and user manuals. • Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications to advance technical expertise. Nice-to-haves • Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn new technologies and skills. • Ability to travel to the Atlanta, GA office a few times per year for in-person meetings.
