Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions

Support bundle configuration, product rules, option constraints, price rules, discount schedules, and quote management functionalities

Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support

Implement enhancements, optimizations, and front-end customizations within the CPQ platform

Perform system monitoring, testing, and validation to ensure stability and performance

Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical specialists


Required Experience & Qualifications
2+ years of relevant professional experience with CPQ solutions

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and maintenance

Strong understanding of CPQ functionalities, including bundle configuration, product rules, option constraints, price rules, discount schedules, and quote management

Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments

Good communication skills and fluent English language proficiency
