Salesforce CPQ Administrator

• Due to the nature of the project, we need Visa independent candidate only. • We are not looking for a Salesforce Developer profile. We are seeking a Senior level "Salesforce CPQ Admin" with strong Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud administration/configuration experience. Candidate must hit the ground running immediately and partner closely with the business as we re-launch Salesforce CPQ and transition from Excel-based quoting to a scalable, system-driven quoting process within Salesforce. Required skills & experience: • 8+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with more than 5 years in CPQ administration. • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Experience supporting a CPQ implementation or re-launch. • Demonstrated experience with Product/SKU setup and maintenance, Pricing configuration, Price Rules, Approval Rules, Quote Templates / Quote Output Documents, Salesforce Flow, Entitlements, CPQ configuration and troubleshooting. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Experience migrating organizations from manual or spreadsheet-based quoting into Salesforce CPQ. • Familiarity with custom automation and integrations related to quote workflows is desired. • Experience documenting business processes and system design decisions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical options and tradeoffs to business stakeholders.
