• *Title: Salesforce Architect & Designer
Location: 100% Remote**

• *What You ll Do:**
• *Qualifications**
• *Senior Experience Architect - 50% & Experience Designer 50%**
• Experience & Strategic Leadership Strategic Roadmap: Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into multi-year digital experience roadmaps.
Governance: Experience leading Architectural Review Boards (ARB) to ensure external-facing sites meet enterprise standards.
• Identity & Access Management Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in choosing between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and functional needs.
External Identity: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Identity, including SSO, Social Sign-On, MFA, and headless identity implementations.
UX Orchestration: Mastery of Experience Builder for theme management, branding sets, and audience-based personalization.
• Sharing & External Security Security Model: Expert understanding of the External Sharing Model, including Sharing Sets, Share Groups, and Account Relationships.
Advanced Sharing: Proficiency in implementing Apex Managed Sharing and Permission Set Groups for complex external user requirements.
Compliance: Ensuring architecture meets specific security mandates (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP, or agency-specific protocols).
• Integration & Performance Data Integration: Skill in architecting integrations with backend systems (ERP, CMS, MuleSoft) to surface real-time data to external users.
Site Performance: Ability to perform Core Web Vitals audits and optimize page loads via CDN and efficient data fetching.
SEO & Analytics: Knowledge of configuring SEO settings, URL redirects, and advanced tracking via Google Analytics or Salesforce Shield.
• Advisory & Technical Execution Solution Advisory: Ability to advise C-suite stakeholders on digital transformation, user adoption, and ROI.
DevOps Partnership: Collaborates with dedicated Release Ops teams for complex domain and SSL certificate deployments.
Mobile Strategy: Ensuring all external experiences are high-performance, responsive, and mobile-optimized.
