Salesforce Administrator / Developer
Position
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to fully manage Sales Cloud, including customizations, automations, and development, ensuring the sales team works efficiently.
Responsibilities and duties
ā¢ Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
ā¢ Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes.
ā¢ Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io .
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements.
ā¢ Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability.
ā¢ Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce.
Qualifications and skills
Required
ā¢ Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation.
ā¢ Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment.
ā¢ Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
Preferred
ā¢ Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
ā¢ Experience with AI products like AgentForce.
ā¢ Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud.
