Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Norfolk, VA (Hybrid) Full-Time Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related needs within the company. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Salesforce environment to ensure smooth business operations across sales, marketing, and client services. Key Responsibilities: β’ Manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. β’ Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and workflows. β’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management and sales teams. β’ Support data integrity through regular audits, imports, and clean-up initiatives. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify business needs and implement system enhancements. β’ Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and deliver end-user training as needed. β’ Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with organizational goals and processes. Qualifications: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β’ 2β4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. β’ Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred. β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, reporting tools, and automation features. β’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
