You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to transcribe customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system * Understand and identify customs documentation * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct * Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics **Essential Qualifications** * Associates or Bachelors Degree * Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical * Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in data entry or a related field * Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience with workflow management and department metrics **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy rate * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures (desired) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
