Job Description-
This role supports the Risk Mitigation function and will assist with:
• Ongoing change requests
• Automation enhancements
• Data quality improvements
• Governance and audit readiness
• Streamlining user experience and reducing manual processing
The candidate will act as a senior technical contributor within a small team (3–4 members), partnering with functional experts while owning complex system administration responsibilities.
Salesforce Platform Administration
• 6+ years administering Salesforce Lightning in enterprise environments
• Strong configuration experience (custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, record-triggered automation)
• Reporting and dashboard expertise
• Experience maintaining Salesforce as a system of record with high data integrity
Fusion Risk Management Platform Experience
• Direct experience with Fusion Risk Management (built on Salesforce)
• OR comparable GRC / risk / resiliency platforms delivered via Salesforce PaaS
• Experience working within vendor-provided Salesforce frameworks
Automation & Workflow Design
• End-to-end automation design
• Approvals/returns processes
• Notifications, alerts, scheduled processes
• Governance enforcement through validation logic
External Data Integrations & APIs
• System-to-system integrations
• APIs (inbound/outbound)
• Middleware tools
• Troubleshooting data feeds
Security, Access & Identity Integration
• Role-based access control
• Profiles and permission sets
• User provisioning
• SSO integrations (Azure AD, MFA, external access controls)
Change Management, Testing & Release Support
• Sandbox management
• Testing cycles
• Controlled release promotion
• Supporting frequent change requests with minimal risk
Reporting, Data Quality & Governance
• Regulatory and audit reporting
• Data quality controls
• Monitoring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Industry Background
• Strong Salesforce Administration background
• Preferably within Financial Services or other regulated industries
• 6+ years supporting Salesforce-based enterprise platforms (such as Fusion Risk Management)
Certifications
• Salesforce Certified (Required)
