Reporting Structure: Reports to the Finance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and expense reports
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues
• Assist with month-end closing activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
