Position Summary The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud within a large-scale government environment. This role requires hands'on expertise in Salesforce customization, automation, security, reporting, and data management, as well as the ability to support evolving business needs by leveraging Salesforce best practices, third'party integrations, and custom development tools.
Required Experience
7 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration. 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules. 5 years of hands'on experience using Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder and Flow. 5 years of experience managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure proper data security and access control. 5 years of experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights. 5 years of experience working with Salesforce AppExchange, recommending, installing, and integrating third'party applications. 5 years of experience applying Salesforce data'management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de'duplication. 5 years of experience with Salesforce release cycles, evaluating new features and adapting existing solutions accordingly. 5 years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom Salesforce development. 5 years of experience using SOQL and SOSL for data querying and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments. Design and implement Salesforce customizations to meet business and operational needs. Build and maintain automation using Flow and Process Builder. Manage user access, permissions, and security settings. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business and executive stakeholders. Evaluate and integrate AppExchange and third'party solutions. Support data migration, data quality, and ongoing data governance initiatives. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Compensation: $74.00 per hour
