What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze bank statements from loan applicants to verify authenticity, accuracy, and cash flow trends
- Identify missing documentation and prioritize follow-up communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) policies
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to streamline the loan origination process
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all loan-related activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for data entry and document management
- Adaptability to changing processes and regulatory requirements in the lending industry
