Salesfloor Associate
Welcome to Five Below, where everything is just $5 or less! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Salesfloor Associate to join our team. As a Salesfloor Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. We are looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and eager to help our customers find the best deals. If you have a passion for retail and a desire to be part of a fun and dynamic work environment, then we want you on our team!
Greet and welcome customers as soon as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all products are properly priced and labeled.
Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Continuously monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage return visits.
Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company and brand in a positive light.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store maintenance tasks.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
