Job Description Are you highly goal driven, and passionate about sales and driving success? We're looking for a Sales/Appointment Setter to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, nurturing, and managing leads, conducting cold calling campaigns, and adapting scripts to engage leads. If you have strong organizational and sales skills, and proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Use sales skills to gain appointments, sales, or information from assigned or acquired leads. Telephone Prospecting/Lead Generation for new clients daily from various sources. Schedule appointments for Listing & Buyer Specialists. Contact all leads through phone/text/email within 5 minutes of site registration during the VAs shift. Hand off HOT leads that need additional conversation to a Team member/Agent whenever possible. CRM Management: Input/Manage client & lead databases. Manage and answer all leads who are calling and registering on the website, making sure that all communications are being logged completely in CRM. Manage contact database system, cultivating and managing new leads each week & work on existing leads to convert into Listing & Buying opportunities. Lead Nurturing: Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set. Monitor leads daily (that have recently visited the website) and follow up with them, especially those leads that are yet to be contacted on the phone/text/email. Use platforms provided by the client for lead generation. Reporting and Collaboration: Set daily and weekly goals. Track and measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks. Practice, memorize, internalize and role-play scripts 10 minutes each day. Willing to be accountable for goals and results. Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and set appointments. Requirements Willingness to do voice tasks English Proficiency: Possesses a clear and understandable voice and neutral accent. Experience: At least two (2) years of consultative sales experience to top management or decision makers within an organization At least three (3) years of proven sales track record Process and Strategy Refinement: Communicates effectively with superiors and customers, in written and verbal form. Strategic Thinking: Practices, memorizes, and internalizes telephone scripts. Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the occurring conversation. Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport and confident phone presence. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic. Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programs and navigating the Internet. Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts.
