Responsibilities • Translate business goals and brief into IA, user flows, and wireframes. • Create high‑fidelity UI in Figma with components, variants, responsive logic, and dev annotations. • Establish visual direction: moodboards, style tiles, typography systems, color tokens, icons, simple illustration. • Deliver brand‑level outputs where needed: light identity, logo refinements, usage guidelines, social assets. • Design for conversion, accessibility, and performance (WCAG 2.2 awareness). • Prepare dev‑ready specs/exports; collaborate through build and QA. • Iterate quickly from feedback; keep files tidy and documented. Required Qualifications • Portfolio of custom websites across industries (non‑template). Show concept thinking, process, and results. • Figma expertise: auto‑layout, components, variants, styles, grids, constraints, prototypes, structured pages. • Strong UX fundamentals: IA, content hierarchy, conversion patterns, mobile‑first, usability. • Branding capability: visual direction, typography, color systems, iconography; able to create/refine basic identity. • Responsive & interaction design: states, micro‑interactions, transitions, hover/tap feedback. • Accessibility basics: contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation, semantic thinking. • Handoff discipline: naming, specs, exports, notes; comfort collaborating during QA. • Fluent English for daily client/team communication. • Reliable, proactive, deadline‑driven.
