Sales Virtual Assistant Needed for Growing Agency
We are a skilled email marketing agency since 2008. We have an aggressive growth plan through the balance of 2025 and we need help. We use HighLevel to manage our CRM and Funnels. And to be honest with you, we suck at execution of our own marketing. This position is less client facing and more project management. You need to make sure marketing projects that we start, are progressing and moving forward. We have done cold email, LinkedIn outreach, lead nurtruring and Facebook ads to generate our new client. We use Asana for our project management. We would meet weekly and then communicate daily by slack to make sure things are moving along. We have copywriters, designers and a creative director to do the work. You just have to make sure each of them does their part. We have the plan, now we have to make it happen!
